We ship patches to Germany, the rest of Europe, the United States, and most countries worldwide. Shipping options and current rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Every patch is custom-manufactured after your order is placed. Production typically takes 1-3 business days depending on order size and complexity. We do not ship from stock - your patches are made specifically for you.
During periods of high demand or around public holidays, production may take slightly longer. If there is a delay beyond our standard window, we will notify you by email.
The following are estimated transit times after your order has been dispatched. They do not include production time.
These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your shipment through the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@patchlabs.cc.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We have no control over customs processing times or fees.
If a package is refused at customs and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@patchlabs.cc and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reprint and reship your order at no charge.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the outer packaging and the contents before unpacking fully and contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve it.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged for the cost of reshipping. We are unable to redirect packages that are already in transit.
If you notice a mistake in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@patchlabs.cc as soon as possible. We can update the address if production has not yet been completed.
