Every patch produced by Patchlabs is manufactured specifically for your order based on the configuration you approved at checkout - including text, layout, colors, and any uploaded assets. Because production begins as soon as payment is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once an order is in production.
Please review your patch configuration carefully before completing your purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of all text, spelling, quantities, and uploaded files.
If your order arrives with a defect caused by an error on our side, we will make it right. Production defects include:

We will review your report and respond within 2 business days. If the defect is confirmed, we will either reprint and reship the affected patches at no charge, or issue a refund for the defective items - whichever you prefer.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but is typically 3-7 business days after we initiate the refund.
